We are honored and thrilled to have Teresa Callen returning to host her third Farm to Table Dinner here at Swallowtail Farm. Teresa has been a friend of the farm for quite some time now and we consider her part of the farmily. She has gifted us with her magic in the kitchen not only for our dinners, but weddings, special events, and even everyday lunches.
For this specific dinner, Teresa will be concentrating on "healing foods" while focusing on anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer cuisine. Teresa is excited to present you with a creative four course meal with produce grown here on the farm that is both savory and wholesome.
We have partnered with Swamphead Brewery and Citizen's Co-Op to bring you the best local brews and organic wines. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
