Amanda and Cassie are partners of Fables Catering & Such and specialize in seasonal, local sustainale fare. We are excited to taste the four courses they will create with our vegetables, protein, and herbs grown right here on Swallowtail Farm as well as surrounding organic farms.
We have partnered with Swamphead Brewery and Citizen's Co-Op to bring you the best local brews and organic wines. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
