The Prairie - A Swallowtail Farm Dinner experience

Come join us at the farm's new location in southeast Gainesville!  Located just off the Hawthorne Trail in historic Rochelle, Swallowtail is nestled into 28 acres under a canopy of ancient oaks amidst lush pasture.  Our superdiverse Community-supported biodynamic farm includes a small herd of Jersey cows for dairy, pasture-raised laying hens, forest-raised heritage pigs, vegetable, flower, herb and perenniel gardens, and orchards.
